1st Genting Trip with Shiew Leng - Celebrating Christmas Eve

24th Dec, 2008 - The plan that we have plan for 3 weeks ago has come. We plan to take leave that day and go to Genting Highland to celebrate our X'mas Eve. Actually, I'm taking the risk of making a room reservation first before I'm asking Shiew Leng whether she want to go or not. But somehow, I have the feeling that she will agreed with that. The other risk is I haven't taking my leave on that day. Normally, year end is hard to apply leave due to my lady boss will freeze all the leave during the peak season. Fortunately, she approved my leave. Thank you to Stephanie of giving permission for me to go dating with Shiew Leng.

The day before, Shiew Leng overnight at my house and then, early in the morning, I have some urgent things to do in office before I feel comfortable to go to Genting. After that, Shiew Leng need to buy some Love Moon's stock at Old Klang Road. Our actual plan has been delayed but manage to reach Genting at around 1pm.

Haha... finally we make it. This is our first travelling trip with a nice view and weather. According to Shiew Leng, Genting trip did bring her some bad memories. Then I told her, be with me, I will bring you alot of sweet memories in Genting. We are staying in the Theme Park Hotel, therefore no need to wait for so long compare with First World Hotel. After we check-in, put the luggage in the room, then we start our theme park riding tour.

The first ride we played is this one. I don't know what it called but too bad we are not playing together. This is why we can manage to take photo from each other.

Then 2nd game we played is spinning cup which is game for children. We two are big children.

We having our lunch inside the London double decker. We are sharing the chocolate muffin and fried rice.


After lunch, we continued to play some extreme stuff like this one "Pirate Ship". Again we are not sitting together but facing each other.

Our dinner settle in the karaoke room. We are singing our song. "你最珍贵"

The actual plan for dinner, suppose is here. The Olive. Luckily, fully booked. The price for the dinner is not worth it.

Not able to candle light dinner at The Olive but still can drink our own red wine in the hotel.

After the dinner at 'Be A Star' karaoke, we back to the hotel and get some rest and having a red wine and play Chor Dai D. I'm really enjoying the environment and having sweet moment with Shiew Leng.

About 11.30pm, we went out and countdown together with those silly peoples. We aware that there is no fireworks at outside and yet we still going out to feel the crowd together with few thousand peoples. After that, around 12.30am.. the peoples start leaving and complaining.. haha.

We are having a coffee first before we go into the cinema. Suddenly, Shiew Leng's feeling not well and felt dizzy. I'm getting worry about her. I thought I want to lift her and bring her back to hotel and rest but she said ok. Then my heart only start calming down.

We still have our movie session at 1.30am. We are watching Bedtime Stories which is sneak preview in KL. The movie is quite nice and also have to see who I'm watching together with. Watching movie with my dear.. no matter how bad is the movie, I also feel so sweet one.

We back to our room about 3.3opm and both of us already feel exhausted due to a long walking distance.

25th December, 2008 - Merry X'mas!!! We woke up at... Ops.. Not we. I woke up at 9.00am and refresh myself, having a bathtub bathing.. (Shiew Leng is still piging). About 10.00am, she only woke up. We having our instant noodle breakfast in the hotel. We leave the hotel and check-out about 11.45am. Then we put our luggage back into the car and start walking around in the First World Hotel.

I won't miss this as per everytime I go to Genting. But never succeed one. I hope next time I can do it.

We went to playing some games in amusement park. We played Daytona (racing car), and basketball shooting and gun shooting. Then we also go to window shopping to buy birthday present for Cynthia. Then, we having our lunch at the food court. I bring Shiew Leng to eat something special which she haven't try before, that is Stone Grill Chicken Chop.

About 3pm, we drove back to KL. We did stop by the Ching Swee Temple to take some photograph there. That's is our last itinerary program and we back to Kepong about 6pm something.

Oh my god, she is so pretty. Ops.. cannot praise her too much. Later she will feel 'dak chek'.

1st Tanjung Malim Trip - Meet the parent

This is the longest period we are being together. It almost 72 hours started from 19th December, Shiew Leng overnight at my house after office hour and I fetch her back to PJ, early in the Monday morning, 22th December.

After a week, Shiew Leng visited my parent, and now is my turn to visit her parent at Tg. Malim. We back on Saturday evening and reach at Shiew Leng's house about 8.30pm. The first person I met is her cute sister. Mm.. my comment about her sister is she is very talkative, cute and easy to communicate with.

Since we haven't get our dinner, Shiew Leng bring me to eat her hometown specialties, 'Chi Kek Meehoon' at Leong Kee nearby her house about 10mins. The taste is spicy and quite delicious, no wonder they called it 'Chi Kek Meehoon'.

Its almost 10.30pm when we finish the dinner.. actually should call it supper. After that, we stay at home until 12am and go out to fetch Shiew Leng's parent at the Tg. Malim Rest House. The road to the rest house is inside the Oil Palm estate, its was so muddy and very fun and adventurous of exploring while enter the estate. It takes about 5 minutes of the distance to enter the rest house. Then, greeting with uncle & aunty and fetch them home.

21st December, A big day for chinese traditional celebration of 'Guo Tung' which I'm very lucky that can eat alot of good food cook by Shiew Leng's mother and herself. About 8.30am, I was waken up and Shiew Leng already start helping her mother to make 'tang yuen' and preparing dishes for lunch. I'm really proud that my girlfriend can cook and the taste is not bad (based on the 1st dinner prepare by her). I'm quite enjoying of the feeling of happy family sitting together just like a reunion breakfast and lunch. The feeling is like I'm part of the member of them.

Besides celebrating 'Guo Tung' day, it also celebrate Shiew Leng's brother, Jason birthday as well. Her brother now is 16. He is cute as well and a little bit shy.

During and after the reunion lunch, we have a small talk with Shiew Leng's Family. Its quite warm that Shiew Leng's parent is welcoming me. After this, about 3pm, I fetch her parent back to work due to his parent is work on night shift from 3pm - 12am. The morning shift is take care by Shiew Leng's uncle and aunty (Shiew Leng's mother's brother and in-law). Then, here we go to meet her uncle and aunty at the rest house and have some introduction chat with his uncle. Hahah.. his uncle question about me is more than Shiew Leng's father.

After fetch her parent to work, now its our own time. Shiew Leng plan to bring me to around some nice places nearby Tg. Malim. At first, we went to the Tg. Malim town center. Then follow by Sg. Bil which takes about 30 minutes to there and lastly we went to Proton City.

This is the Tg. Malim KTM station. I hope one day can take the train back to Tg. Malim together with my dear, Shiew Leng.

That's our Tg. Malim one day trip. And we have a dinner with her uncle and family before we back to KL. While on the way back to KL, Shiew Leng's mother called up and chat with Shiew Leng and pass the call to me. I was getting a surprise that her mother told me that, "I will let Shiew Leng for you to take care, you have to treat her well and drive carefully". Then I'm answer "I will d, aunty". Dear Shiew Leng, when I answer your mother "I will d", I mean it. And will take care of you forever.

From this trip, I have experienced some new things like exploring oil palm estate, exploring new places for dating and eat some good food especially cook by Shiew Leng's mother.
